Please note that order preparation and shipping are two separate processes, each with its own timeline.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekends are not included in preparation or shipping time.

UPS Worldwide Saver, FedEx, and USPS Priority Mail.
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

• United States: 7–14 business days (USPS)

• Europe: 7–14 business days (DHL)

  Italy and Spain may experience slightly longer delivery times

• Australia: 7–14 business days (FedEx)

• Once a parcel leaves Ukraine, it becomes the responsibility of the local postal service.
